We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in modern TypeScript-based architectures to help design, build, and scale high-performance web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has deep experience across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend systems and infrastructure, and is comfortable working in up-to-date monorepo environments with AI-assisted development tools.
You will play a key role in building scalable applications, designing clean system architecture, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web and mobile applications.
- Build scalable APIs and backend services supporting modern frontend frameworks.
- Architect and maintain shared codebases using monorepo tooling.
- Develop high-quality, reusable components for both web and mobile platforms.
- Implement robust authentication systems and multi-tenant data models.
- Design efficient database schemas and manage backend services using PostgreSQL.
- Build and manage background job processing systems.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of applications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features efficiently.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Technical Requirements:
Core Stack Experience:
- Strong end-to-end experience with TypeScript
- Experience with Next.js 15 using App Router and React Server Components
- React Native / Expo development experience
- PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM
- Experience working with monorepo tooling such as Turborepo or pnpm workspaces
Backend & Infrastructure:
- Experience with contemporary API frameworks such as Hono
- Familiarity with type-safe RPC patterns such as tRPC or oRPC
- Experience implementing background job processing systems (BullMQ or similar)
- Strong understanding of authentication systems and multi-tenant architecture
Frontend:
- Experience with TailwindCSS and component libraries such as shadcn/ui
- Strong understanding of server vs client component architecture
- Ability to build and maintain parity between mobile and web applications in shared codebases
AI-Assisted Development:
- Daily production use of tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development tools
- Strong code review instincts and ability to maintain high-quality code standards
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full stack software development
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred:
- Experience building scalable SaaS platforms
- Experience with modern DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience optimizing performance in distributed applications
