Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee kitchen daily operations and staff management
• Ensure consistent food presentation and preparation




• Conduct inspections and maintain product consistency
• Collaborate on menu development and seasonal changes
• Provide training to kitchen team members
Requirements:
• Interprovincial Red Seal certification or equivalent
• Minimum three years in culinary management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Financial management understanding for budgeting
• Ability to lift 50lbs and work variable shifts
