We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Design Associate to join our team in a full-time position within our retail showroom. This role is ideal for a seasoned designer who thrives in a luxury retail environment and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will bring strong design expertise, experience working with high-end furniture and furnishings, and an established client base. Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to provide interior design guidance and project consultation
- Cultivate and grow an existing client base while building new relationships
- Assist clients with selections of furniture, lighting, textiles, and accessories
- Manage design projects from concept through completion
- Maintain the showroom environment and represent the brand with professionalism and style
- Collaborate with the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or Senior Design Associate
- Background in retail design sales, ideally in a luxury or high-end furniture showroom
- Established client base preferred
- Strong knowledge of furniture, textiles, finishes, and space planning
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects
