This role within the Regina Connected Youth program emphasizes building relationships and fostering accountability among youth. Your experience in youth support and advocacy will be vital as you guide individuals through their personal growth journeys. Flexibility and compassion are key to thriving in this supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Mentor youth while maintaining professional boundaries • Create and review individual Case Management Plans • Facilitate access to resources such as housing and education • Prepare incident reports and track youth outcomes • Participate in team meetings and programming initiatives

Requirements: • Completion of secondary education; post-secondary preferred • One year of frontline youth care experience • Awareness of Indigenous youth issues an asset • Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record • CPR/First Aid certification an advantage
