Job Description:

Key Job Responsibilities

- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Write accurate estimates for the damage of vehicle and repairs to be completed.
- Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process.




- Ensure ASE is updated accurately with important details from every customer interaction.
- Ensure compliance with all insurance requirements.
- Communicate all customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members.
- Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team.
- Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
- Build customer relationships and apply learning to maximize KPI performance (Sales/ GP/ EBITDA/ BHPD/ NPS, Return Rate, etc.).

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of estimating experience in a collision repair environment or a similar role

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

- Experience using Mitchell and Qapter
- Working knowledge of vehicle repair practices and OE guidelines
- Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage a rapid paced environment

- Valid driver’s license required

Salary:



$55,600 - $85,000 per year Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
