Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:
- Establish and maintain governance mechanisms for the portfolio of information technology projects
- Support integrated project planning, including prioritization, capacity management and resource allocation
- Monitor the progress of projects with regard to scope, schedules, costs, risks, dependencies and benefits
- Consolidate and analyze management information from project teams to ensure quality, consistency and reliability
- Produce and maintain dashboards, performance indicators and progress reports
- Support project managers, scrum masters and delivery train managers in the application of project management practices
- Participate in the preparation and facilitation of governance and accountability bodies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and portfolio management processes, tools and practices
- Collaborate with communities of practice and centres of excellence in project management
- Use corporate monitoring tools and support their adoption by teams
- Ensure the traceability of management information and ensure that projects comply with organizational and normative requirements.
The profile sought is as follows:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, management or a related field
- Have at least seven (7)
years of experience in planning, project control or project management
- Carry out at least three (3) mandates of a minimum duration of one (1) year in the context of large-scale technological projects as a project management analyst or project controller
- Develop expertise in organizational transformation programs or projects, ideally in a technological, public or parapublic context
- Understand project management methods, frameworks and best practices, including traditional, agile and hybrid approaches
- Leverage Microsoft project management tools for planning, monitoring, reporting and management information
- Structure, analyze and present reliable, coherent and relevant management information
- Produce progress reports, dashboards, performance indicators and decision-making analyses
- Support managers and governance bodies in the preparation of accountability activities
- Interpret monitoring mechanisms related to scope, timelines, costs, risks, dependencies and perks
- Excellent organizational, coordinating, analytical, synthesis and rigorous skills
- Communicate effectively in writing and orally with stakeholders at different levels
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a complex, multi-team, multi-partner environment.
