TITLE: Lead Software Engineer We want you to help us find answers to these questions by building and evolving our innovative, industry leading, technology platform. We are seeking a candidate for a Lead Software Engineer to join the Post-Trade Technologies team within Investment Implementation & Trading Technology. You will serve as a deep technical expert, responsible for architecture, design and implementation of the Post-Trade suite of applications.

You will work closely with other members of IT including other developers, business analysts, and QA engineers to design, develop, test, implement, and support solutions to meet business requirements. You will be faced with compelling challenges and encouraged to solve problems by using innovative techniques. You will work with and learn from exceptional technology and business professionals through cross-platform, data driven projects and assignments.

Design, prototype and code new software components and applications based on functional specifications across the full stack - services, web, infrastructure, and back-end Partner with business analysts, QA engineers,



and Trading/Global Operations personnel to lead the delivery of high-quality business solutions, including participating in architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment and support Work with business teams, project managers, and systems analysts to review and qualify business requirements, functional specifications, use-cases, and test plans which will including doing estimates, identifying issues, and raising risks Work across various IT teams to coordinate and facilitate infrastructure upgrades, disaster recovery testing, and cross-functional projects Modify and enhance existing systems to incorporate recent functionality and to optimize them for performance Provide technical oversight and thought leadership across initiatives to ensure capabilities are developed with the latest methods and to the highest standards Author architecture, technical design, and support documentation and ensure the adherence to established code-quality standards Help with ensuring the stability of production systems by implementing tools for observability, data quality and alerting As part of DevOps, be responsible for software deployments to production via scheduled releases 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with solid accomplishments ~ Strong knowledge of Java, HTML5, Javascript, Angular, React, SQL ~ Experience with one or more enterprise databases like Oracle, PostgresSQL ~ Familiarity with messaging technologies like Active MQ/IBM MQ ~ Experience operating in a DevOps environment application with Cloud technologies such as AWS ~ Experience working with Agile methodologies, CI/CD tools (Jenkins or equivalent), version control (Git) and Orchestrati #
