The Legal Counsel (Yukon Courts) at Government of Yukon is responsible for performing solicitor duties for the Yukon Courts and the judiciary. This in-house counsel role works independently and is the authority in the law surrounding court administration and judicial independence.
Reporting to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and Chief Judge of the Territorial Court, the incumbent collaborates with another Legal Counsel to provide legal support to Yukon Courts and the judiciary,
