The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring a Senior Maintenance Analyst on a permanent basis to work in-office in Regina, SK.
Join a team focused on improving how we plan, manage, and execute maintenance across our refinery. In this role, you will support short-to-long-term planning and decision making related to Maintenance and Reliability performance management for the CRC.
What you’ll do:
- Support execution of the maintenance excellence strategy by leading and supporting priority initiatives based on the Maintenance Maturity model and plan.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate maintenance performance components into a systems approach, including business planning, budgeting, and performance measurement and both financial and non-financial reporting.
- Identify and implement tools, processes, systems, and automation to enhance performance tracking and analysis.
- Lead the design of solutions, including managing business improvement projects.
- Evaluate effectiveness of performance processes and implement improvements based on best practices in the industry.
- Complete assessment and gap analysis regarding the operations across Maintenance and Turnaround and Reliability
- Analyze workflow processes to determine performance issues and gaps.
Who you’ll work with: The Team: You will provide guidance to consultants, administrative support staff, Superintendents, Managers, Directors, Vice President as it relates to Maintenance industry best practices, key performance indicators, contractor balanced scorecard, and cost savings and optimization initiatives.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in maintenance analytics and:
- 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience in maintenance,
preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry and/or change management positions. Experience working with maintenance systems and technical data, including the use of KPIs, dashboards, and other tools to monitor performance and support effective decision‑making, as well as previous experience with accounting and financial reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as business, commerce, economics, or engineering. A CPA designation would be considered an asset
- Certification in Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) Designation, Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) Designation, or Project Management is considered an asset.
