Description The Village of Taunton Mills has an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Part Time HOUSEKEEPING AIDETeam Member to join their team on Williamsburg South Neighborhood.

Working 30 hours bi-weekly, four days in two weeks rotating schedule, including every other weekend.

Working Hours: 07:00 - 15:00

Status: Permanent Part-Time Location: 3790 Brock Street North, Whitby ON Expected Start Date: End of August

The hiring rate for this role is $18.57 per collective agreement/employee association agreement.

As a new Housekeeping Team Member joining our Village Team, you will:

Handle Resident’s personal items with care and respect

Comfortable lifting 15-25 lbs.

Display a caring and respectful attitude toward our residents, families, and team members

Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Have exceptional time management skills and ability to work in collaboration with a team

Support and embrace our resident-centered social culture

Assets, but not required, as Schlegel Villages provides training to the successful candidate:

Have experience working in a Long-Term Care or Retirement Home setting
