Using a strengths-based and culturally responsive approach, the role assists participants in building life skills, achieving personal wellness goals, and accessing housing and community supports. Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, the Case Worker delivers wraparound services that promote stability, empowerment, and long-term recovery.ScheduleRotating day, evening, or overnight shift scheduleDay: 7:00AM - 3:30PMEvening: 3:00PM - 11:30PMOvernight: 11:00PM - 8:00AMThis is a shift working position and schedule may vary according to program needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide relationship-based, trauma-informed support to women through life skills development, wellness coaching,
