Join ConnectWell Community Health as an Autism Therapist and enhance the lives of autistic children. This full time position focuses on providing tailored support and working with multidisciplinary teams.

As an Autism Therapist, you will work 35 hours a week delivering high-quality assistance in client-funded programs. Your role will involve supporting children and youth with developmental disabilities through services including parent education, Intensive Behavioural Intervention, and workshops. You will work closely with a Behaviour Analyst and other professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide direct client support in specialized programs • Implement Intensive Behavioural Intervention techniques • Facilitate parent education and coaching workshops • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for client needs • Customize services for individuals and groups

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in Human Services • Preference for Autism and Behavioural Sciences Certificate • Experience working with ASD clients • Knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) • Capability to work cooperatively with health specialists
