You will develop, lead and evaluate the infection prevention and control program, perform daily surveillance by collecting and analyzing epidemiologic data, and coordinate responses during outbreaks to safeguard residents. You will chair the IPAC Committee, maintain immunization records, oversee antibiotic stewardship, and ensure compliance with public health regulations.
