We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager to join our Valuations team in Toronto. In this role, you will be a key member of the Investment Finance and Valuations leadership team, contributing to the delivery of valuation processes, forecasting, and strategic financial insights across the infrastructure platform. You will play an important role in fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment focused on coaching, development, open communication, and continuous improvement, while partnering closely with Finance and Investment teams to support decision‑making and drive business outcomes.

As a valued member of the OMERS Investment Finance and Valuations Team, you will play a critical role in developing portfolio analysis that supports strategic decision-making. Leading the quarterly portfolio valuation analysis to assess trends, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights for senior leadership.

Valuation & Financial Expertise: 5+ years of valuation experience, including solid expertise in valuation methodologies for private investments and complex assets. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and complex financial modeling.
