This role emphasizes hands-on engineering, focusing on developing and optimizing assembly processes while integrating cutting-edge solutions like AI, robotics, and IoT. Key Responsibilities:



• Lead engineering projects from conception to production launch • Design and improve assembly processes for automotive components • Implement smart manufacturing technologies and innovations • Analyze production data to optimize line flow and reduce bottlenecks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and safety

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering • Over 3 years in a lean manufacturing environment • Automotive assembly experience preferred • Familiarity with GD&T; and CAD drawing interpretation • Robust problem-solving skills and project management experience
