Source-to-Pay for Indirect NCA categories (Source-to-Contract & Procure-to-Pay).
Purchase Request Validation: Control and validate all purchase requests in Coupa, ensuring policy compliance.
Produce and analyze regional performance reports and dashboards as well as function financial tracking. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience Expertise in strategic sourcing and leading multi‑category sourcing teams with broad hands on experience across food and beverage categories and decentralized setting Expertise in negotiations and contracting: including e‑sourcing, should‑cost models, leveraged agreements, multi‑year contracts, complex terms and conditions, performance incentives, and management of corporate risk Strong orientation to team leadership, coaching, collaboration, and positive communication Exceptional data analysis and financial acumen skills Demonstrating strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) software.
