What You Could Be Working On

As a Senior Maximo Architect, you may be responsible for:

- Designing and implementing enterprise-scale IBM Maximo solutions
- Leading technical architecture, development, and integration initiatives
- Supporting large asset management and enterprise work management programs
- Developing functional and technical solution designs
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational requirements
- Designing integrations between Maximo, ERP platforms, and other enterprise systems




- Supporting cloud transformation and modernization initiatives
- Providing technical leadership, architecture governance, and best practices
- Overseeing Maximo upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization
- Advising senior leadership on technology strategy and roadmap planning

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates typically possess

Required Experience

- 10+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, solution architecture, or related technology leadership roles
- Extensive experience with IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Strong knowledge of Maximo 7.6 and experience supporting upgrades and enhancements
- Experience working within enterprise asset management and maintenance environments
- Proven experience integrating Maximo with ERP and other enterprise applications
- Experience developing technical and functional designs that support business processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple business units

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS)
- Experience leading cloud migration and transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)



and cloud-native technologies
- Utility, municipal government, public sector, transportation, or infrastructure industry experience
- Maximo certifications or related technical certifications
- Robust understanding of work order management, asset management, preventive maintenance, reporting, scripting, and system integrations
