Key Responsibilities:



• Review and process land development applications for compliance • Facilitate input across disciplines and external partners • Serve as main contact point for applicants and stakeholders • Draft and present condition approval letters and reports • Inspect sites to evaluate development proposals

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning or equivalent • Two years’ experience in land use planning preferred • Understanding of provincial legislation • Effective communication and qualified customer service skills • Ability to work iteratively and collaboratively across teams
