Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care based on assessment and planning
• Coordinate care for paediatric and neonatal patients
• Serve as a Resource Nurse when oriented
• Promote family-centered care in diverse settings
• Utilize evidence-based techniques for quality improvement
Requirements:
• Registration with Ontario College of Nurses
• BCLS and NRP certification required
• Recent paediatric and surgical experience
• Competency in IV and venipuncture procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
