We are looking for a seasoned market access and HEOR project manager with solid experience of Canadian and North American pharmaceutical markets, payer environments, and consulting dynamics.

Areas of responsibility will include managing client projects end-to-end, ensuring milestones are met on time, and advising clients on complex market access needs-such as commercialization, entity establishment, pricing (PMPRB and pCPA), HTA submissions (CDA and INESSS), provincial and private drug plans, health systems, and patient support programs (PSPs). The project manager will lead client projects, direct project teams, support clients with strategic advisory with minimal to no supervision.

In addition to having a solid experience in market access and project management, the right individual will also bring HEOR experience, such as overseeing evidence synthesis, reviewing submission dossiers, AMCP dossiers, developing patient journey assessment, conducting primary market research (PMR), reviewing and developing economic models (such as budget impact and cost-effectiveness models), writing and editing reports and presenting findings to various reimbursement agencies and clients. Knowledge of the US healthcare setting is very significant.

Here is what you will need to be successful:

Education and Experience

- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (such as Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, or Biostatistics) is required
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience, or combination of experience and a higher degree in a related field
- Experience managing Canadian and US payer evidence and access projects are required
- Direct experience in the preparation of submission dossiers for private and public reimbursement submissions is required

Knowledge and Skills

- Deep knowledge of the Canadian and US health care systems,



including public/private payer pathways, PMPRB regulations, the pCPA negotiation process, and PSP setups in Canada
- Strong consulting background with the ability to act as a primary strategic advisor to clients on commercialization, launch readiness, and legal entity establishment
- Ability to manage client work independently and conduct critical appraisal and quality assurance on client-facing and payer-related market access and HEOR materials
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proven project management and team leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills

Location : Anywhere in Canada (currently remote/home-based; subject to change). Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
