As the HR Manager, you will partner with dealership leadership to attract and retain top talent while supporting a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in human resources, ideally within the automotive sector. Key responsibilities include leading recruitment initiatives, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
