Under the direction of the Rehabilitation Manager, your primary duties will include conducting comprehensive assessments and collaborating with healthcare professionals. You’ll manage client goals and progress through meticulous documentation while ensuring that you meet regulatory standards. Work can take place in client homes, communities, and worksites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform various assessments, including cognitive and home safety
• Design individualized treatment programs based on assessment results
• Provide training and oversight to Rehabilitation Assistants
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care
Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• At least two years of practical experience
• Familiarity with mental health and functional abilities evaluations
• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Skilled liability insurance required
