Location: Chilliwack, BC

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $24.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience

About Heritage Pharmacy

Heritage Pharmacy is an independent, family-run community pharmacy that has proudly served Chilliwack for over a decade. We combine hospital-level clinical expertise with the warmth of a neighbourhood pharmacy. We operate steps away from Gracelink Medical Clinic (independently operated), which keeps prescription volumes steady and prescriber communication fast, and our dispensary runs on state-of-the-art computer systems, including custom in-house software built by our own technology team to eliminate bottlenecks and keep prescriptions moving.

Less time fighting the queue, more time on patient care. We are a paperless pharmacy.

Why This Role Is Different

- Extremely organized pharmacy, and an ideal place to work in.
- Exceptional mentorship: You will work directly alongside our award-winning lead pharmacist, who brings 25+ years of hospital and community practice — including leadership of a hospital pharmacy department — and is known for taking the time to teach. If you want to seriously deepen your clinical and operational skills, this is the place to do it.
- A true senior role: You won't just fill prescriptions. You'll be a go-to person in the dispensary; anchoring workflow, solving adjudication problems, and helping guide junior team members as we grow.
- Modern tools: Our workflow is supported by some of the best technology you'll find in an independent pharmacy, purpose-built around how our team actually works.
