Key Responsibilities

- To ensure the onsite presence in Client’s plants on daily basis
- To establish and maintain a working relationship between Client’s stakeholders at plant and outsourced workforce
- To streamline communication and help Client and Infosys understand each other and work together efficiently
- To ensure physical proximity to Client’s business and facilitate the stakeholders experience
- To expedite any critical business requests and ensure timely resolution

- Managing 2nd level escalations of suppliers
- Supporting Supply Officers in their daily activities - late PO, missing part management, stock optimization, communication with production department




- To support smooth change management
- To identify and drive continuous improvement project
- Reporting activities on company objectives

Requirements:

- Excellent French (min. C1)
- Good English (min. B1)
- At least 3 years of experience in S&P; or customer service
- At least Bachelor Degree

- Knowledge of SAP and Google apps
- Customer orientation and proactive approach
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Team player
