Our Product

Marketing team sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Customer Success, and we're looking for a sharp, curious, and collaborative PMM to help us grow.

This role isn't just about launches. It's about making sure the right products reach the right customers in the right way — and that adoption and retention actually follows.

As Helcim scales, aligning how Product, PMM, and Go-to-Market teams work together is one of our biggest opportunities. Right now, we're building a more predictable and cooperative operating model — one where PMM is embedded from ideation through post-launch optimization, not just brought in at the finish line.

This role is central to that transformation. You'll act as the quarterback between Product and GTM teams, translating complex product builds into compelling merchant value and ensuring our releases drive measurable adoption and growth in merchant GPV. You'll help us go from reactive launch support to proactive, market-informed product strategy.

Requirements

You're a bilingual translator — equally fluent in product thinking and customer storytelling. You get excited about understanding why customers behave the way they do, and you know how to turn that understanding into messaging that actually moves people.

- You're a natural collaborator who builds trust with Product, Sales, and Success teams without needing formal authority.
- You write clearly and concisely, and you can distill complex features into language that resonates with merchants.
- You care about outcomes, not just outputs — you measure your work by adoption and retention, not just launch checklists.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and can operate in a fast-moving workplace where priorities shift.

What You Bring

- 8 + years of experience in the product marketing world, ideally in B2B Tech or SaaS.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills across a range of formats and audiences.
- Comfort with AI tools, automation, and content operations platforms.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a strong asset.
