Synechron is looking for a proactive Production Support Analyst to optimize our enterprise capital markets trading platforms. This role integrates system support with strategic initiatives, focusing on efficiency and user training.
As a Production Support Analyst, you'll be hands-on in managing daily operations for large-scale trading and risk systems. Your task includes collaborating with teams to enhance performance, automating tasks through scripting, and learning new applications to support users. Additionally, you will troubleshoot environments and document processes to ensure clear communication within teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain trading and risk systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally for continuous improvement




• Automate daily tasks using scripting languages
• Manage various operating system environments
• Create documentation using Confluence and Jira
Requirements:
• Solid scripting knowledge in Python and PERL
• Experience with enterprise trading platforms
• Proficiency in Linux, Windows, and SQL concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ITIL principles in a supportive role
