Senior Project Manager

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

Status: Current Opening Responsibilities

- Lead due diligence, investigations, and project delivery activities for major infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, field, construction, and consulting teams.
- Provide senior leadership across complex, multi-team environments.
- Ensure investigations support design, constructability, cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.
- Oversee project controls including budgets, forecasting, scheduling, progress reporting, and change management.
- Drive health & safety, quality, and compliance across field and project activities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with senior leadership, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while driving issue resolution and accountability.
- Support team development, performance management, and resource planning.

Qualifications





- 12-15+ years of experience delivering major infrastructure projects.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience leading due diligence/investigation programs involving areas such as geotechnical, utilities, structural, or site/corridor investigations.
- Robust civil construction and field operations experience.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong understanding of the relationship between investigations, design, and construction.
- Experience with project budgets, schedules, estimates, change management, and risk.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office; Primavera P6 or MS Project considered an asset. isgsearch does not use artificial intelligence in the recruitment screening process
