We’re looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor to drive excellence in quality control processes. This critical role requires a background in sheet metal fabrication, familiarity with ISO-based Quality Management Systems, and experience in managing shop-floor personnel. Your expertise will help us ensure products meet engineering and customer requirements while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Supervise daily quality inspection activities for compliance • Ensure products meet engineering and regulatory standards • Implement and improve QMS aligned with ISO 9001 • Review and approve inspection and non-conformance reports • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

Requirements: • 5+ years in a manufacturing environment • Experience in sheet metal fabrication processes • Familiarity with ISO-certified Quality Management Systems • Proven supervisory experience on the shop floor • Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T;
