Key Responsibilities:
• Assess individual and family needs for psychosocial support
• Create and implement treatment and crisis plans

• Collaborate with healthcare providers for comprehensive care
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work is a must
• Member in positive standing with OCSWSSW
• Clinical experience in oncology highly preferred
• Completion of de Souza IPODE course required
• CBT certification advantageous
