Join our logistics team as a Senior Accountant, focusing on month-end closes and balance sheet accuracy in a supportive environment. This role transitions to hybrid work after initial training.
We're looking for a hands-on accountant with a detail-oriented approach to strengthen our financial close process. You will work closely with the Head of Finance to reconcile and finalize crucial 2025 financial records, contributing to ongoing improvements in our accounting structure. The position starts full-time in-house for the probationary period before moving to a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute monthly close processes and prepare journal entries
• Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations
• Monitor and reconcile bank transactions




• Support weekly customer billing procedures
• Assist in organizing legacy account cleanup
Requirements:
• CPA qualification preferred (in progress accepted)
• At least 4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proven skills in month-end closes and reconciliations
• Familiarity with logistics or high-volume settings helpful
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
