Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Fredericton, NB (Onsite)

Duration: 12 months + 1 extension

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst 3 to support complex healthcare and Electronic Health Records (EHR) applications. The role focuses on functional, performance, integration, regression, security, UAT, and automation testing within a healthcare IT workplace.

Must-Have Skills:

✔️ 10+ years of Software Testing & Quality Assurance experience

✔️ 10+ years of Functional, Performance, Connectivity, Regression, Integration & Automation Testing

✔️ 8+ years of JMeter performance testing

✔️ 8+ years of advanced SQL in QA environments

✔️ 8+ years of QA frameworks and Agile / Waterfall / Water-Scrum methodologies

✔️ 8+ years of UAT, test case execution, defect reporting, and resolution tracking

✔️ 4+ years of SOAPUI / Automation Testing

✔️ Experience with HP Quality Center, HP WebInspect, or similar tools

✔️ Experience with database upgrades and database comparison tools





✔️ 4+ years of Provincial Healthcare and EHR application experience in Canada

✔️ Strong understanding of data confidentiality, privacy, and application security

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain manual and automated test cases based on requirements and change requests.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, connectivity, and automation testing.
- Support business users throughout UAT activities.
- Perform requirements reviews, gap analysis, defect tracking, and testing-cycle reporting.
- Ensure applications meet project requirements, IT policies, security standards, and quality objectives.
- Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, project teams, and QA resources.
- Prepare testing documentation, defect reports, user procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
