Banking technology team focuses on delivering top-tier technology solutions to enable and grow the global GTB business.
Key Responsibilities The Senior Quality Engineer – Trade Finance & Working Capital Solutions is responsible for defining, implementing, and governing the quality engineering strategy for applications and integrations supporting Trade Finance and Working Capital Solutions products. This role provides hands on leadership across test planning, automation, integration testing, non-functional validation, and release quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business, regulatory, operational, and customer expectations.
Quality Engineering
Lead partners closely with Business Systems Analysts, Solution Architects, Development Leads, Engineers, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders to promote a quality-first culture throughout the software delivery lifecycle. The role combines technical expertise, people leadership, delivery oversight, and quality governance within a highly regulated banking environment where platform reliability, accuracy, resiliency, and auditability are critical.
Experience & Leadership Skills 12+ years of progressive experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Quality Assurance roles
5+ years of experience leading quality engineering teams within Banking or Financial Services environments
Proven experience managing quality assurance activities across complex enterprise technology programs
Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, testing methodologies, and release management
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities
