Job#: 3046424 : Senior Program Manager - Enterprise Transformation

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a complex enterprise transformation initiative focused on modernizing legacy business capabilities and implementing scalable SaaS-based solutions. This role will be responsible for driving execution across business and technology teams, establishing effective governance, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned transformation leader with experience overseeing large-scale technology modernization programs, SaaS implementations, and cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead large-scale business and technology transformation programs from planning through execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and reporting structures.
- Establish governance frameworks, status reporting, risk management processes, and executive communications.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities, define objectives, and drive decision-making.
- Manage program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies while proactively identifying mitigation strategies.
- Oversee vendor and partner activities to ensure alignment with project goals and delivery commitments.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business, product, technology, quality assurance, and operational teams.
- Drive program transparency through executive dashboards, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure successful coordination of testing, release readiness, change management, and adoption activities.
- Lead program recovery efforts when required and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery objectives.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering large technology transformation, modernization, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience managing SaaS implementations, cloud-based solutions,



or enterprise platform deployments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and work effectively with executive stakeholders.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Expertise in program governance, risk management, financial oversight, and executive reporting.
- Experience working within Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
- Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading enterprise application modernization initiatives.
- Experience supporting retail, healthcare, distribution, supply chain, merchandising, or product management functions.
- Background in data migration, process transformation, organizational change management, or platform consolidation efforts.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Protected, or related certifications preferred.
