We are looking for a Senior Recreational Activities Assistant to join our casual team in mid-August.

Your role will focus on fostering engagement and joy among elderly residents. This position prefers candidates with a Diploma in Activation or Recreation or those currently enrolled in the program. Flexibility is essential as you’ll need to work evenings, weekends, and cover for vacations.

Experience in a long-term care setting and a valid G license for bus operation are valuable assets. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and facilitate engaging activities for seniors
- Collaborate with staff to enhance event experiences
- Motivate seniors to participate in various programs
- Assess and report on activity outcomes
- Provide empathetic support to residents Requirements:
