The Role, in Plain Terms

This is a closing role.

Our SDRs book the demos. You run them, handle the objections, and close the business.

You'll spend most of your day in live sales conversations, regularly hearing:

"I need to check with my partner."

"We already pay for other AI tools."

"That's too expensive."

"Let me think about it."

"The timing isn't right."

Your job is to find what's actually behind the hesitation, make the value obvious, ask for the business, and get the commitment on the call.

This is high-volume, transactional sales. The people who win here hold their energy through a demo-heavy day and genuinely enjoy turning hesitation into a signed agreement.

If you want long enterprise cycles or relationship farming, this isn't it.

Compensation

$80,000 base salary.

Plus an uncapped sales bonus, paid on a published per-point schedule.

Your base already covers a defined baseline of monthly production. Every point you close beyond that baseline earns bonus on a fixed schedule — one you'll see in full during the interview, so you can run your own numbers before you accept.

The schedule accelerates. More production doesn't just pay more, it pays at a higher rate.

Closing 30 to 51 points in a month — roughly $45,000 to $76,500 in closed business ,



or $540,000 to $918,000 a year — earns $3,000 to $8,825 in bonus that month , on top of base.

Your effective rate goes up as you close more, not down.

There is no cap. The schedule keeps paying past 51 points at the same published rate, so there is no quota beyond which you stop earning.

What You'll Do

- Convert SDR-booked demos into paying customers.
- Ask directly for the sale and secure signature or payment before the call ends.
- Diagnose and overcome objections without getting aggressive or discount-happy.
- Sell on value, not price.
- Build the case for annual subscriptions and hold the line on pricing.
- Show agents how consistent content gets them found on Google, social, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Keep records and follow-up activity accurate in the CRM.
- Bring what you hear on calls back to product and marketing.
- Hit or beat your monthly and annual revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

- A track record of closing in high-velocity, transactional sales.
- Experience carrying a revenue target and consistently hitting it.
- Strong live objection handling.
- Confidence asking for the business and closing on the call.
- Discipline to sell value before reaching for a discount.
- Energy and composure across a high volume of demos.
- Resilience through repeated objections and rejection.
- Coachability — you apply feedback rapid.
- Comfort with CRM platforms and modern sales tools.
- SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- If your background is primarily long-cycle enterprise sales, this likely isn't the right match.
