We're seeking a Salesforce Developer to join a growing CRM team supporting a nationally recognized nonprofit organization. This is an opportunity to leverage your Salesforce expertise to build innovative solutions that directly support meaningful programs and initiatives.

You'll work alongside a collaborative team of architects, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications that drive organizational impact.

What You'll Be Doing

- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD best practices.
- Support ongoing CRM transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Work closely with Salesforce Architects,



Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of Salesforce development experience

Strong expertise in

- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Apex Development
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- API Integrations
- Git & CI/CD practices

Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

- Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) experience
- Platform Developer II certification
- Experience working within nonprofit organizations
- Exposure to AI, data integration, and up-to-date Salesforce technologies
