We are supporting a client in hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles. This is a high-impact position where you will act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, helping shape hiring strategies and attract top talent.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes a proactive, headhunting approach to recruitment. You’ll play a key role in elevating hiring practices and driving strong talent outcomes.

What Will You Do?

Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles





Partner closely with hiring managers to define needs and hiring strategies

Proactively source and engage candidates through headhunting, networking, and referrals

Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for current and future needs

Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment

Leverage recruitment systems and tools to manage pipelines and ensure data accuracy

Provide market insights, hiring updates, and reporting to leadership

Support employer branding and recruitment process improvements

Represent the organization at events and networking opportunities as needed

What Do You Bring?

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment

Proven experience hiring for senior-level or hard-to-fill roles

Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry highly preferred

Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities

Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
