The Project Administrator (Rangeland Engineering) supports the planning, coordination, and execution of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) tasks specifically related to Rangeland projects. The role ensures alignment across engineering, procurement, and construction teams, helps manage schedules, budgets, documentation, and fosters communication among stakeholders (internal, contractors, regulatory agencies, clients, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Execution

Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource allocation plans.

Coordinate tasks across engineering, procurement, construction, and field operations to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Track and monitor project progress, flag delays or bottlenecks, and suggest corrective actions.

Facilitate internal and external meetings; prepare agendas, minutes, follow-up actions.

Help manage interfaces between disciplines to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

2. Procurement Support

Support procurement of materials, equipment, and services by assisting in preparing Material Requisitions

3. Budget, Cost Control & Reporting

Assist in the preparation of bi-weekly/monthly reports, change orders, and financial tracking reports.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project change logs.

4. Documentation & Quality / Compliance

Ensure all project documentation (drawings, specifications, change logs, and reports) is properly organized, version-controlled, and accessible.





Help verify that engineering deliverables meet quality and technical standards.

Support compliance with environmental/regulatory requirements

5. Stakeholder & Regulatory Interface

Assist in communications with clients and regulatory agencies regarding project progress and constraints.

Support submission of engineering reports and permit documentation.

Participate in site visits, inspections, and walkthroughs, if required.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience

2–5 years (or more, depending on seniority) experience in project administration within EPC/ engineering settings.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience with database or EDMS systems (Aconex or similar).

Core Competencies & Soft Skills

Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines.

Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, able to interact across disciplines and with external stakeholders.

Problem-solving mindset; proactive and resourceful in addressing issues.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Adaptability and flexibility in energetic project environments.
