We are looking for a Program Coordinator I to play a key role in our client-centered approach. You will develop and evaluate recreational activities while supervising Activity Worker II staff. Conduct under the guidance of a Recreation Therapist or qualified designate to ensure effective care planning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute leisure programs for various settings
• Supervise and direct Activity Worker II positions
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team
• Assist in monitoring the health and progress of clients
• Evaluate and adapt programs based on clients’ needs

Requirements:
• Previous experience in recreation or related field
• Robust leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00
• Dedicated to a client-centered care model
