This involves the inspection, testing, and diagnosing of electrical, propane, and natural gas heaters for repair and maintenance. With safety at the forefront, we inspect, test, and diagnose electrical, propane, and natural gas heaters for repair and/or regular maintenance. Responsibilities include:Diagnose and repair natural gas, propane, diesel, and electric-fired heaters.Perform all gas-related inspections, testing, and repairs in compliance with Ontario gas codes and TSSA regulations.Drive safely to customer sites to perform onsite repairs.Ensure all equipment is rental‑ready and meets set quality and safety standards and ensures all equipment is in working order on customer sites.Follow the appropriate checklist and procedures. Can read and refer to owners’ manuals and schematics.Operate and test equipment (under actual operating conditions, if possible).Provide guidance to Service Technicians on the appropriate service/repairs required.Assist in making decisions related to equipment retirement.Possess excellent product knowledge and can effectively transfer this knowledge to customers.
