About the Opportunity
We are recruiting a Family Physician to join a highly respected, long-established clinic in Markham, Ontario. This vacancy arises due to the gradual retirement of a long-serving physician, offering the rare opportunity to inherit a well-established, loyal patient base.

Operating for over 20 years, the clinic serves 2,500–3,000 registered patients, with doctors seeing approximately 200–250 patients per week. Current physicians are fully booked, with waiting times of 4–6 weeks — ensuring immediate demand and continuity of care.

The practice is located in a welcoming suburban community popular with young families. The clinic operates Monday–Friday (9am–5pm), with optional weekend work and no current on-call requirement.





What’s on Offer

Billings up to £300,000 per annum. Established, stable patient panel from day one

70/30 remuneration split

4–6 weeks annual leave

5 consulting rooms | 1 treatment room

Supportive RN and on-site pharmacy

Visiting internist and associated specialist clinic

Full onboarding and transition support

✅ Candidate Requirements

Licensed or eligible to practise in Ontario

CFPC certification or recognised international pathway (MRCGP, MICGP, RACGP, etc.)

Patient-centred approach and strong communication skills
