You will be an integral part of a team that enhances student resilience and self-awareness through individual counselling, preventative programming, and coordinated support plans. Collaborate with faculty to ensure inclusive practices and effective crisis management. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver preventative and psychoeducational programming
- Support IEP development for designated students
- Implement risk assessments and crisis response strategies
- Work collaboratively with teachers and health professionals
- Contribute to school policy and best practices Requirements:
- Master’s degree in counselling psychology or similar
- Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) certification
- Valid BC Teaching Certificate or Independent School eligibility
