We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of experience to design, develop, and configure advanced applications and custom workflows across the enterprise platform. In this role, you will hold active

CSA and CAD certifications while serving as the technical authority for core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and CMDB/CSDM data modeling . You will write advanced custom scripts using

JavaScript and the Glide API , build energetic interfaces using Service Portal and UI Builder , and architect complex third-party data integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers within an Agile Scrum team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect Platform Solutions: Design and configure scalable ServiceNow applications and automated workflows tailored to complex business processes.
- Develop Custom Scripts: Write and maintain high-performance JavaScript code utilizing Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
- Secure Access Controls: Build, audit, and enforce robust platform security protocols through complex Access Control Lists (ACLs).
- Optimize Service Delivery: Construct dynamic Service Catalog items, multi-stage approval workflows,



and automated logic using Flow Designer.
- Engineer System Integrations: Architect and troubleshoot end-to-end data paths with third-party environments using REST/SOAP web services and MID Servers.
- Design CMDB Architecture: Manage and optimize Configuration Management Database (CMDB) data models aligned strictly with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards.
- Build Custom Portals: Create intuitive user touchpoints and widgets utilizing Service Portal, UI Builder, and modern front-end custom configurations.
- Collaborate in Agile Sprints: Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies, translating stakeholder technical requirements into high-value platform features.

Required Skills:

- Primary: ServiceNow Application Development, JavaScript Scripting, ITSM Core Modules, CMDB Configuration, CSDM Framework Data Modeling.
- Tools/Frameworks: Flow Designer, Service Portal, UI Builder, Service Catalog, MID Server, Developer Studio, IntegrationHub.
- Database/Cloud: REST/SOAP Web Services, Relational Data Structures, Access Control Lists (ACL), JSON/XML Data parsing.
