Lilly Canada is pleased to provide a 12-month Medical Affairs Neuroscience Internship for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Medical Affairs. This unique opportunity offers hands-on industry experience, with a focus on Alzheimer's disease and other Neuroscience pipeline assets. Primary Responsibilities





Support the development and execution of Medical Affairs initiatives across Lilly's neuroscience portfolio, with a focus on Alzheimer's disease Collaborate with Medical Advisors, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and cross-functional partners to gather insights, support scientific activities, and contribute to strategic medical projects. Analyze field insights, and competitive intelligence to help inform medical strategy and stakeholder engagement plans. Contribute to pre-launch and lifecycle planning activities by gaining an understanding of patient journeys, unmet needs, and the evolving neuroscience treatment landscape. Assist with operational excellence and process improvement initiatives within Medical Affairs, including project coordination, knowledge management, and the development of medical resources and communications Education & Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program Learning Agility: Demonstrates a strong ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and contribute to a team-oriented environment Adaptability: Comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting to evolving business needs and priorities Project Management: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines Additional Information

Number of vacancies: 1 Start and end dates: January 4th, 2027 to December 23rd, 2027 Potential for an earlier start in December 2026 in a part-time and remote model for proactive onboarding,



after which resuming to a full time hybrid model January 2027. Subject to the needs of the team, and availability. Supervisor name: Diane Gajewczyk Salary: 29$/hour This is a hybrid role - onsite presence at our Toronto office will be at least 10 days per month, determined in collaboration with your manager and based on business needs. You will be eligible to receive a per diem for each day you work on site. Interns are eligible for paid vacation and sick days. Benefits
