HVAC Project Estimator/Manager

Location: Edmonton, AB (hybrid role with office, site visits, and field coordination)

Rahall Mechanical Inc. is growing and looking for an experienced Commercial Project Estimator to help lead HVAC and mechanical projects across the Edmonton area. We work in HVAC restoration, commercial construction, service, maintenance, and retrofit projects, and we take pride in delivering quality work with a dependable, team-oriented approach. This is a full-time leadership role for someone who can manage commercial HVAC projects with confidence and attention to detail. You will oversee planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution while working closely with field staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. The right person will be comfortable in a fast-paced workplace, able to manage multiple moving parts, and willing to put in overtime when needed to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout

Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and field teams

Track budgets, timelines, and project milestones

Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Support jobsite execution and resolve issues as they arise

Review project scope, documentation, and change orders

Maintain accurate project records and reporting

Ensure projects meet safety, quality,



and company standards

Monitor deliverables and align with client expectations

Occasional overtime may be required to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Manager, Site Superintendent, or similar role

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong organizational and time management skills

Comfortable working with digital project tools and documentation

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience working with clients, trades, and suppliers

Must be able to reliably commute to the Edmonton office and job sites

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $100,000-$120,000 per year

Full-time, permanent employment

Eligible for performance-based bonus

Company vehicle or vehicle allowance provided based on role requirements

Paid vacation starting at 4 weeks, increasing with seniority
