Your New Role

As Project Manager, you will oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with site teams, consultants, trades, and homeowners while driving project success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage residential construction projects through all phases of development and construction
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and construction timelines
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders




- Monitor project costs, approvals, procurement, and risk management activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company quality expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, trades, and project partners
- Resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining schedule and budget objectives
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to senior leadership
