We are currently looking for motivated Independent Insurance Brokers who are ready to grow in a structured and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Generate and manage new business opportunities

Quote and sell Auto, Home, Travel, and Commercial Insurance

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Cross-sell and maximize retention opportunities

Work with multiple insurance markets to provide competitive solutions

Maintain underwriting quality and compliance standards

Follow up on leads and renewal opportunities strategically

Requirements

Active RIBO License in Ontario

Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)

Experience using Applied EPIC and CompuQuote (Required)Previous insurance brokerage experience preferred

Strong understanding of Ontario insurance markets





Self-motivated and sales-driven mindset

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Experience with high-risk markets is considered an asset
