This role focuses on the effective planning and execution of high-complexity innovation projects within Nestlé's Commercialization team. You will utilize your project management skills to ensure timely launches while managing risks and stakeholder expectations effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to delivering results aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead communication of project scope and objectives
• Develop and manage project schedules and milestones
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans




• Facilitate governance meetings and project reviews
• Present project status and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements:
• 6+ years of cross-functional business experience
• 5+ years in project management for cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector
• Familiarity with stage-gate project framework preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
