We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead – Tealium to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital data collection, customer data management, and marketing technology solutions using the Tealium platform. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in Tealium iQ Tag Management, AudienceStream CDP, EventStream, web analytics, customer data integration, and marketing technology ecosystems. Key Responsibilities

echnical Leadership

- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Tealium solutions.
- Define architecture, best practices, and governance standards for Tealium deployments.
- Drive technical design discussions and solution reviews.
- Provide guidance to development and analytics teams.
- Configure and manage Tealium iQ Tag Management System (TMS) .
- Design and implement AudienceStream Customer Data Platform (CDP) audiences and enrichments.
- Configure EventStream for real-time event processing.
- Build customer attributes, badges, audiences, and connectors.
- Optimize tag loading strategies and website performance.

Data Integration & Analytics

- Integrate Tealium with Adobe Analytics, GA4, Salesforce, Braze, Amperity, and other MarTech platforms.
- Design and maintain client-side and server-side tracking solutions.




- Collaborate with business teams to define measurement frameworks.
- Ensure accuracy of customer journey and behavioral data.

Privacy & Compliance

- Implement consent management and privacy controls.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and enterprise data governance policies.
- Define standards for customer data security and access controls.

Skill Requirements

Team Management

- Lead and mentor developers, analysts, and implementation specialists.
- Conduct code reviews and technical audits.
- Support project planning, estimation, and execution.
- Work closely with business, product, and architecture teams.
