Description

IREN is seeking Senior Technical Project Manager (STPM) to lead the execution of complex technical infrastructure projects supporting strategic delivery and operational remediation programs across IREN's AI infrastructure portfolio. Working in partnership with Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and Technical Infrastructure Program Managers (TIPMs), the STPM is responsible for successfully delivering projects that support infrastructure expansion, client delivery, infrastructure optimization, and operational remediation initiatives. This role serves as the execution lead within larger strategic programs, translating program objectives into successful project outcomes through disciplined planning, technical coordination, schedule management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Construction Management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of Technical Project Management experience.




- Experience delivering complex technical infrastructure projects.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering and operational teams.
- Robust experience managing integrated project schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting AI infrastructure or hyperscale data centre environments.
- Experience with GPU compute platforms and HPC infrastructure.
- Experience delivering technical deployment or operational remediation projects.
- Familiarity with Dell, NVIDIA, Lenovo, Supermicro, or similar enterprise hardware.
- Knowledge of ROCE , InfiniBand, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience with NetBox, Nlyte DCIM, or similar platforms.
- Advanced scheduling experience using Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
